Call for Sponsors and Exhibitors

You are invited to support the 2024 IEEE International Workshop on Technologies for Defense and Security - IEEE TechDefense 2024.
This is an ideal way to demonstrate your organization's commitment and to publicize this support to many leaders and students in the field.

Corporate support is typically used to permit a greater number of students to attend IEEE TechDefense 2024 at reduced fees without increasing the general registration, and to allow student volunteers to receive complimentary registration. Exhibits by sponsors also help inform researchers – especially students and postdocs – about relevant applications and opportunities. Corporate support can be targeted to a particular event or activity at the Conference.

IEEE TechDefense 2024 has four sponsorship levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Your support is very important to the conference, and the conference committee ensures that these contributions are well recognized. We list the benefits and costs below.

(€ 2000,00 or greater contribution)

• You will get three free registrations to the main conference and tutorials and workshops, three gala dinner tickets, exhibition tables.
• Your company or institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all conference announcements, on the advance program, and on the conference web pages.
• We will specially acknowledge your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
• You will have the opportunity to include material and giveaways with the conference material for each attendee.

(€ 1500,00 or greater contribution)

• You will get two free registration to the main conference or tutorials and workshops, two gala dinner ticket, exhibition tables.
• Your company or institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in all conference announcements, on the advance program, and on the conference web pages.
• We will acknowledge your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.

(€ 1000,00 or greater contribution)

(€ 700,00 or greater contribution)

• You will get one free registration to the main conference or tutorials and workshops.
• Your company or institution (with logo and URL) will be listed in the advance program, and on the conference web pages.
• We will acknowledge your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference.

Sponsorships at lower levels will be considered, with benefits negotiated between the IEEE TechDefense 2024 Committee and the Sponsor.
