ABSTRACT
Instrumentation and measurement technology is a key factor for enabling the compliance of defense and security equipment and vehicles to their high-demanding requirements, as well as for assessing the performance of the developed systems.
The special session therefore calls for scientific contributions regarding innovative measurement techniques, procedures, instruments and systems specifically designed and characterized for defense and security issues.
TOPICS
Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
- Data acquisition systems for defense and security
- Automated test systems for defense
- Radiofrequency signal monitoring and measurements for signal intelligence and security
- Electromagnetic Compatibility measurements
- Measurements for target missile guidance and ballistics
- Weapon testing
- Material testing for defense
- Vehicle testing and measurements for vehicle maintenance
- Measurement methods and systems for critical infrastructure monitoring
- Blast resistance testing
- Measurements for military compliance testing
- Sensors for defense and security equipment and vehicles
- Calibration of instrumentation and sensors
- Instrumentation and sensors for vehicle navigation
- Measurements and instrumentation for tactical unmanned vehicles
- Measurements and instrumentation for cybersecurity
